By using cowdlly.com or purchasing services from COWDLLY FOR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS SERVICES (brand name: Cowdlly), you agree to these Terms. Cowdlly provides custom software development and digital solutions for businesses.
Nature of services
Cowdlly develops and delivers professional digital solutions such as websites, web and mobile applications, e-commerce systems, CRM/ERP and business management software, WhatsApp automation, SEO services, and related custom software work. Unless a separate written product agreement says otherwise, these are professional services and custom deliverables—not a self-serve consumer SaaS marketplace.
Project scope
Each engagement is defined by a written or electronic proposal, quotation, or agreement describing scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables. Work outside that scope (change requests) may require updated pricing and schedule.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting estimates unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on requirements and scope. Payment schedules commonly include a deposit and milestone payments. Hosting, domains, third-party licenses, paid APIs, and advertising are billed separately unless expressly included.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide timely content, access, feedback, and decisions needed to complete the work, and to ensure you have rights to materials you supply.
Digital delivery
Deliverables are provided electronically (for example: staging/production URLs, access credentials, source or build files as agreed, configuration of bots or systems, and documentation). Physical shipment of goods is not part of our standard software delivery model.
Intellectual property
Website branding and marketing content on cowdlly.com belong to COWDLLY FOR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS SERVICES. Ownership of project-specific deliverables transfers according to the project agreement after full payment of amounts due for those deliverables, except for Cowdlly’s pre-existing tools, libraries, and generic components which remain Cowdlly’s property and are licensed for use in the deliverable as needed.
Revisions and acceptance
Revision rounds included in the agreement will be honored. Additional revisions may be quoted separately. Deliverables may be deemed accepted if you do not provide written feedback within the review period stated in the agreement (or within a reasonable period if none is stated).
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the project agreement.
Third-party services
Projects may integrate third-party tools (hosting, payment gateways, messaging APIs, analytics, or similar). Those services are subject to their own terms. Cowdlly is not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cowdlly’s total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid to Cowdlly for that project in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Egypt have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
